1. Introduction

Welcome to Ripple Affect. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful relationship between the artist and the supporter.

2. Intellectual Property & Art Rights

All artwork, images, designs, and content on this site are the sole property of the Artist.

The "No-Copy" Rule: Purchasing a physical piece of art does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, print, or sell copies of that artwork. All copyrights remain with the Artist.

3. Shipping & International Delivery

Each artifact in our collection is crafted specifically for you the moment your enrollment is confirmed. By creating pieces on-demand rather than in bulk, we reduce waste and uphold our commitment to purposeful stewardship.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. While our mission is global, we are currently focused on serving our domestic archives and hope to expand to an international audience in the future.

Please allow 2–5 business days for our craftsmen to print and quality-check your order before it departs the studio. Once fulfilled, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a personal confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order is in transit.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the unique nature of original paintings and custom works, all sales of original art are final.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can coordinate a replacement or insurance claim.

5. Privacy & Communication

Your data is safe with us. We only use your information to process your orders and, if you’ve opted in, to send you "Archivist Updates" regarding our mission work and new releases.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, regardless of where the artwork is shipped or where the Artist is currently located.
