We want you to invest with the confidence of a tenured scholar. Because each selection is a bespoke artifact crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns for a change of heart. ​ Structural Compromises: We stand firmly behind the integrity of our craftsmanship. If an item arrives with a structural defect or printing compromise, please notify The Stewardship Desk within 14 days with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement artifact to be dispatched at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Policy
The Ripple Affect Academy is dedicated to the meticulous preparation and delivery of your academic materials. As each artifact is bespoke and printed to order, we adhere to a specific timeline to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.

Fulfillment & Preparation (The Printing Phase)
Unlike traditional retailers, our archives do not store pre-made inventory. Each item begins its journey the moment your enrollment is confirmed.

Standard Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for our craftsmen to print, quality-check, and package your materials.

Peak Seasons: During periods of high enrollment (holidays or commencement seasons), fulfillment may extend to 7 business days.

Methods of Transit
Once your materials are bound and ready, they are dispatched via our network of trusted couriers.

Domestic Shipping: We primarily utilize standard ground services. Once dispatched, transit typically requires 3–5 business days.

The Notice of Transit: You will receive a formal dispatch notice via email containing a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the archives.

Logistics of Multiple Volumes (Split Shipments)
To ensure the safety of fragile artifacts, the Academy may ship items separately.

Specialized Housing: Glassware is encased in reinforced protective housing and often travels independently of Apparel or Journals.

Shipping Fees: You will only be charged a single logistics fee at checkout, regardless of how many "volumes" your order is divided into.

Clerical Errors & Lost Parcels
The Academy assumes responsibility for your materials until they are marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

Inaccurate Credentials: If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the student, a reshipment fee will be required to dispatch the items a second time.

Missing Artifacts: If your tracking indicates delivery but the parcel is not found, please notify the Inquiry Desk within 10 days so we may open an administrative investigation with the courier.
